Sahib has long been one, not to be labled to any single genre of music. This album is no exception, and finds Sahib stretching the boundaries of many styles and genres. From the opening title track with it's dark overtones and catchy beat, to the jazzy feel of Harvest. Then you have the Sahib rockers Living In The City, Gary's Into Porn, and the bluesy, rocking Revenge. There's also the more experimental sounds of such tunes as The Eyes Don't Lie, and Scarlet Red On White. Sahib is joined by Dannell Lauren on vocals for the tune I'm Not Sorry. A soft, more acoustic song. The aftermath of war, and the effects it leaves on the participents. "You don't send a man to war, and then bring him back home, and expect him to get over it all on his own-He was a killing machine, a real mean thing, and a mind don't forget those kinds of things. A killing machine, and those scars don't heal, facing the enemy, and the bullets were real" from the song Real Bullets. As usual, there's a bit of humor spread here and there as well.
