EYE 2 EYE is the name of a current French Progressive rock band, created in 2003 by former members of ADN, soon joined by other musicians. Published three years later on the Musea label, the first opus "One In Every Crowd" features an intense and contrasted symphonic music, influenced by MARILLION, PINK FLOYD, and many others. Let's mention a cover of AYREON's "Back On Planet Earth" for instance. It's often near the neo Progressive trend of the Eighties, with also heavy-metal hints. The brilliant guitar playing of Amirouche ALI BENALI is clearly reminiscent of the works of David GILMOUR and Steve ROTHERY, both intense and lyrical.
