Venezuelian guitar player Raimundo RODULFO is the author of a truly pleasant instrumental solo album called “Sueños – Dreams” and issued in the year 2000. The style played by this musician and his numerous guests can remind both of Mike OLDFIELD’s electric flamenco and of CAMEL. The guitar is of course the lead instrument in this both melodic and inventive style. Jazz-rock and classical influences are perfectly assimilated within an exotic and colourful musical whirlwind. “The Dreams Concerto” (2001) is a beautiful work of art, made of three long movements, that amount to almost 80 minutes. The numerous guests, among which singer Pedro CASTILLO for example, contribute to the wealth of this musical work of art.
