BALLOON is a young Progressive rock band coming from the North of the Netherlands, consisting of four members: Hans BAAIJ (Vocals & keyboards), Michiel Van HORSSEN (Drums), Jos COMMANDEUR (Guitar) and Cyril WITJE (Bass). The musicians intend to create a dream, a journey between psychedelia, heavy-metal, stoner-rock, Progressive rock and many other musicial styles... And they're not afraid of taking risks ! Their first self-produced album "Motivation" (2008) has been praised by both the critics and the audience, not only as a splendid piece of work, but also as a true innovative concept.
