Since the Eighties, Swiss guitarist Philippe De MOUCTOURIS has taken time to let his music mature. It is now strongly influenced by master Robert FRIPP (KING CRIMSON), but also by some constructivist audacities. The musician blends fire with ice within a truly contrasted music, where cyclic guitar parts and sculpture of the sounds give birth to an emotive and provocative style. Assisted by Ralph KINDIG, Philippe de MOUCTOURIS issues now "Intimal Guitare" (1997), a true masterpiece of the style. Of course, this musician plays the guitar on it, but also some keyboards and bouzouki.
