This debut album contains progressive/symphonic rock music with definite feminine edges. Historical and literary themes form the basis for the lyrics, closely interwoven with the mysticism of the human mind, revealing a world of intangible fantasy. A special guest on the album is Marjolijn Kaiser, who recorded a few pipa (4-stringed Chinese lute) parts in a song about the fall of a Chinese dynasty. Apart from the pipa, they have used the erhu, a 2-stringed Chinese violin. Hunting for significance is as diverse as a broad-leaved forest in autumn. Mustically it can be described as The Gathering vs Magenta and dashes of Ayreon...kind of.
